DAWN OF THE DEAD poster hits and is pretty damn cool
Hey folks, Harry here... Now as much as one's natural geek instincts make one scream out for the deaths of all involved in remaking George Romero's DAWN OF THE DEAD, while not financing his own final chapter... I have to admit that #1- the script was pretty damn good for this. #2- the cast is pretty damn good for this. #3- the new one sheet kicks a lot of ass! Going against it was a first trailer that had flying leaping hyperactive zombies (which I personally hate) and an unknown first time feature film director that is, as of yet, unproven. Here's the original one sheet for Romero's...

And here is the one that EmpireMovies.Com posted! Well, I prefer the new one, although the original has an iconography of sentiment. This new one is graphically, for me, more cool. Here ya go...

For people that think I'm "slowly coming around" to this... let me remind you that back in September of 2002, I wrote a script review of James Gunn's DAWN OF THE DEAD script that was quite favorable. Also, the PG-13 fuss was wrong. The film is R-rated. As a reminder, here ya go!
