Arnold's next movie to be yet another film all together? Sheesh, how many projects does the guy have in the
works? Man, SEVEN DAY SOLDIERS sure is a cool title, but if any of you out there have the script let me know, I'd be interested in hearing
how good or bad it is. Not that I don't (ahem) trust the opinions of Fox's top execs or anything, it's just good to have outside word...ya know.
Oh well so much for those other projects....
Ahhrnolds next movie. It's called
"Seven
Day Soldiers." Tom Rothman and Bill Mechanic at Fox love it. And that's
all
that needs to happen...oh, except ARnold has to close his deal.
Arnold Kopelson is producing. Arnold S plays an ex Marine who trains
three
yuppies to fend off a small army of hit men who are trying to kill them.
Kinda City Slickers meets Full Metal Jacket...
Anyway....the writer met with ARnold S at his house on this. It went really
well. I'm not bullshitting, ya Harry, I have ears in Arnold household and he's excited by this project. Just thought I'd give you the inside track.
Bye the way the script is by the dude that wrote & directed that LATE LAST NIGHT movie that
your spies reviewed a few days back.

It will suck. also, i can't detach arnold-on-film from arnold-failing-at-politics so i really don't think i'd enjoy this. the title sounds like a sixth day sequel. uuuuunfortunate.
