I’m pretty excited for this sequel, yet sorta suspicious about a February release date. This is not the time of the year that box office smash hits are normally shown in theaters. But hey, BLACK PANTHER certainly subverted almost everyone’s expectations. I’m still iffy about ALITA: BATTLE ANGEL coming out in February, though.
Here’s a quick refresher if it’s been a while since you saw the last movie:
“It’s been five years since everything was awesome and the citizens are facing a huge new threat: LEGO DUPLO invaders from outer space, wrecking everything faster than they can rebuild. The battle to defeat them and restore harmony to the LEGO universe will take Emmet, Lucy, Batman and their friends to faraway, unexplored worlds, including a strange galaxy where everything is a musical.
