For those of you summer children who may have forgotten that HBO’s Game of Thrones series still hasn’t finished, HBO has dropped a new...teaser? If watching a 38 second animatic of things frosting over doesn’t excite you, then you’ve probably lived in the north. HBO’s Game of Thrones adaptation of George RR Martin’s book series A Song of Ice and Fire returns in April, following a 21 month hiatus from the last episode. Fans of the books may not have even released there was a hiatus, as GRRM takes naps that last longer than this. For those unfamiliar, it has been 7 and a half years since Martin published a core Song of Ice and Fire book, because he simply doesn’t have any pages and I defy him to prove otherwise.
