Director Peter Medak's Haunted by "The Ghost of Peter Sellers" See the Documentary's Heartfelt Trailer Now!

Hola Dannie aqui,

Today with a documentary trailer treat for cinephiles and cine-fellas all over our watery world! "The Ghost of Peter Sellers" a documentary lovingly made by Peter Medak the man behind such films as "The Ruling Class," "The Krays," "The Changeling," "Zorro The Gay Blade," "Species 2," "Romeo is Bleeding" and a tremendous amount of work on television. This film documents the trials and tribulations Medak had on the set of "Ghost in the Noonday Sun" with the comedic and artistic genius of Peter Sellers, that at times was unbearable. Sellers caused chaos and strife while filming and thus the film was never to see the light of a projector and almost ruined Medak's career. Director Peter Medak solemnly returns to the island near Cyprus in the Eastern Mediterranean and relives his unforgettable experience of working with, well trying to work with Peter Sellers.

Medak describes filming as "the biggest disaster of my life."

I love Peter Sellers, so I am incredibly excited to see this film. "The Ghost of Peter Sellers" will begin touring film festivals this fall and has not yet announced any significant release dates so that we might be in for a wait. What do all of you out in Geeklandia think? How many of you worship at the altar of Peter Sellers, like me? I love how visibly touched veteran Hungarian filmmaker Peter Medak is while remembering his time with Sellers, and I can not wait to hear all about how this daring 17th-century based comedic pirate film sank, and see more fantastic footage. I can only imagine the difficulties Medak faced while trying to wrangle an insane and epic talent such as Sellers.

Stay Strong, Live Good, Love Movies!
