News and rumors have flown across the world wide web for years in regards to "The Other Side of The Wind" it was said that principal photography had been completed and post-production editing was all that was needed. Rumors flew about different filmmakers trying to have the film finished, raising funds and attention for the project. Some of the interested parties mentioned in the past were Wes Anderson, Noah Baumbach, and Peter Bogdanovich (who acted in the film). It was rumored Showtime Network also supposedly made a move on the project as well back in 2002 only to run into issues with Welles' daughter.
