 Hola Dannie aqui,

Today AICN was sent the trailer for "LOST CHILD" a film written and directed by Ramaa Mosley (THE BRASS TEAPOT) along with producer/writer Tim Macy. The film has garnered awards from the 2018 Taormina Film Festival, the 2018 Kansas City Film Festival, and was an official selection at the 2018 Bentonville Film Festival, 2018 Heartland Film Festival, and the 2018 Sarasota Film Festival. The film stars "HUNGER GAMES" and "True Detective" alum actress Leven Rambin.

Synopsis:

"The film follows an army veteran, Fern (Leven Rambin), who returns home in order to look for her brother, only to discover an abandoned boy lurking in the woods behind her childhood home. After taking in the boy, she searches for clues to his identity and explores the local folklore about a malevolent, life-draining spirit that comes in the form of a child."

Here is the mysterious thrillers trailer-

Starring alongside Leven Rambin are Taylor John Smith from HBO's "Sharp Objects," and Jim Parrack from "Suicide Squad" and HBO's "True Blood" and introducing Landon Edwards who plays the role of the child she finds in the forest. "LOST CHILD" comes out in select theaters on  September 14, 2018, and hits digital and VOD on  September 18, 2018. I will be checking this film out soon as a screener is on its way. The film looks interesting enough to me, what do all of you tangled up in the world wide web think of the trailer?
