I once met a guy whose job it was to read the scripts for all those SyFy mash-up movies (Sharknado, Lava Bird, and - going back a few years to the OG movie that started it all, Mansquito! http://syfychannel.wikia.com/wiki/Mansquito)He was embarrassed to talk about it. Man, that’s my dream job! To walk into work and read all those ridiculous stories? Come on, that’s way better than the stack of “Mexican maid marries a rich guy” romantic comedies over at the 20th Century Fox story dept.
Anyway - tonight is the 6th and final (supposedly) installment of the Sharknado franchise. In this movie, Tara Reid and the gang need to travel back in time to fight a giant tornado full of sharks that eats a T-Rex and battles some medieval knights. There’s Gary Busey, Al Roker, revolutionary Minutemen, Fire breathing dragonsharks, and Alaska from RuPaul’s Drag Race. I am not sure I’m drunk enough for this movie, but it sounds like a great way to spend a Sunday!
