WHITE FANG is a French animation based on Jack London’s novel of the same name. London is also known for another novel called CALL OF THE WILD. “White Fang follows the story of a boy who befriends a half breed wolf as he searches for his father, who has mysteriously gone missing during the Gold Rush.”
The English adaptation stars the voices of Nick Offerman, Rashida Jones, and Paul Giamatti.
This looks okay. I like how the French keep pushing the envelope in animation trying out different looks, and going for the art. The director Alexandre Espigares has a long history in the animation department on films such as 9, HAPPY FEET TWO, and a very interesting looking film called MR HUBLOT.
WHITE FANG is out on Netflix now!
