Here’s a trailer for a feelgood kiddie movie coming out called A-X-L!
If you were unable to figure out the premise of this film, here’s the official written one: “The life of a teenage boy is forever altered by a chance encounter with cutting edge military technology.”
This movie is giving me a very heavy SHORT CIRCUIT feel, except in A-X-L, the scientist looks like the bad guy. This is Oliver Daly’s first full length feature that he has directed. It will also be Daly’s first full length film he has written! I wonder how the heck he landed this kind of budget (a film with a passable fully CG robo dog) with all of these firsts. Well, good for him, we’ll see how it turns out.
This movie is due to come out August 24th, this year.
