A trailer for "THE HURRICANE HEIST" was released today, and it looks like a tornado of testosterone check it out and read on for some info about the flick!
"The Hurricane Heist" is directed by Rob Cohen who we all remember from his work on "XxX," "The Fast and the Furious," "DragonHeart" and my favorite of his films "Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story." Cohen has risen as an action director and this film seems right up his alley in the spirit of "XxX" and "The Fast & the Furious." I expect this to be cartoonishly unrealistically violent, and that is perfectly fine. The ability to not take a film and one's self too seriously as well as just turning your brain off and jumping onto that rollercoaster of an experience is a guilty pleasure for many of us the box office has revealed time and time again.
The film stars actor Ryan Kwanten also known as the character Jason Stackhouse from HBO's hit show "Tru Blood" and the film "The Knights of Badassdom" which is a D&D LARPING (Live Action Role Playing) fun fest, that for me rolled perfect 20's! Joining Kwanten is Toby Kebbell that's right! Toby was the man behind the ape Koba in the amazing "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes" and "War of the Planet of the Apes" films. He was also Kong in "Kong: Skull Island." Also, cast upfront is lovely Maggie Grace who many remember from her six-year stint on television's super popular show "LOST." Maggie also graced the silver screen in all three of the "TAKEN" films as well as working next to glittery vampires on "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn part 1 & 2."

Yeah, I know I will watch this one when it comes out on March 6th, it could be terrible, but then again it could be tons of fun too!
