With the 4th and final trailer for Disney/Pixars "COCO" this film is set in the same universe as "The Book of Life" which I loved mucho!
This film revolves around the character 'Miguel' (voiced by Anthony Gonzalez) who fantisizes about becoming a musician like his idol, 'Ernesto de la Cruz' (voiced by Benjamin Bratt). Part of me is wondering if Ernesto's character is inspired by Pedro Infante a star of Mexico's golden age of cinema? When Miguel finds himself in the beautiful and strange Land of the Dead after some mysterious events, he meet "a charming dead trickster named 'Hector' (voiced by heart throb bad ass Mexican actor Gael García Bernal), and together, they embark on an extraordinary adventure to unlock the real story behind Miguel's family history, and why his family has issue with his dreams of becoming a musician.

I am looking forward to this fun flight of fancy and further exploration of a Dia de los Muertos inspired universe!
