HAUNTERS: THE ART OF THE SCARE Now Available On Digital & Blu-ray!

Hey everyone! Now is your chance to check out HAUNTERS: THE ART OF THE SCARE, an incredible documentary that just made the rounds at this year's Fantastic Fest. The film covers the history of traditional haunted houses all the way up to the current trend of "immersive" and  "extreme" haunts that are truly nightmare inducing. I had the good fortune of checking out this marvelous ode to the macabre entertainment sub genre at Fantastic Fest last week, and out of all the films I saw, for better or worse, HAUNTERS: THE ART OF THE SCARE left the biggest impression.

I had heard of the new trend of extreme haunts, but seeing first hand the literally sadistic measures some of these fright maestros will go to left me in awe and completely unsettled. To balance out the ick, director Jon Schnitzer also highlights the heroes of the field, the DIYers, as well as the fans who can't get enough. From elaborate immersive theatrical experiences to backyard torture dens, the doc showcases the various ins and outs of this ever growing industry from a unique insider point of view.

HAUNTERS: THE ART OF THE SCARE is now available on digital and Blu-ray, so kick off your Halloween season with this frightfully entertaining film!
