The SDCC poster for JUSTICE LEAGUE has a heavy Alex Ross vibe!

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. As I type this Warner Bros' big San Diego Comic-Con panel is about to kick off. Excitement for the panel is palpable on Twitter and in the geek universe on the whole.

To celebrate, Warner Bros has released a new Justice League poster that is essentially a superhero riff on the Co-Exist bumper sticker, except with superhero logos.

It's the first piece of Justice League art that's impressed me and I think a lot of that has to do with the fact that it's heavily inspired by Alex Ross' work, which always made the JL look really imposing and God-like.

See this piece, for example:

The bright colors contrasted with the deep darkness around them is a great look. I'm happy to see Warner Bros and DC not shying away from the bright colors. It worked gangbusters for Wonder Woman's marketing campaign.

Anyway, that's the new poster. Hang tight for any potential franchise news coming out of the big panel currently underway!
