Going to Comic Con in San Diego? Be sure to check out Entertainment Weekly’s WOMEN WHO KICK ASS and BRAVE NEW WARRIORS panels!!!

Hey all, AICN COMICS/AICN HORROR editor Ambush Bug aka M.L. Miller here. I’m on my way out to Comic Con 2017 in San Diego and wanted to make those who are going to the con know about a pair of panels being hosted by Entertainment Weekly!

On Friday at 1:45pm, the subject of discussion is Entertainment Weekly’s BRAVE NEW WARRIORS moderated by EW editor at large Lynette Rice. Here are all of the details for that panel;

ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY presents BRAVE NEW WARRIORS - EW’s laugh-filled conversation with TV’s hottest male heroes: Rodrigo Santoro (Westworld), Ricky Whittle (American Gods), Richard Rankin (Outlander), David Harbour (Stranger Things), Christopher Meloni (Happy!), and Colin O’ Donoghue (Once Upon A Time). They’ll discuss the thrill of playing popular characters, their sometimes awkward encounters with fans, and the highs (and lows) of a career in Hollywood. Moderated by EW editor at large Lynette Rice. Friday, July 21, 1:45pm – 2:30pm, Ballroom 20

On Saturday at 2pm, it’s time for Entertainment Weekly’s WOMEN WHO KICK ASS – ICON EDITION WITH CHARLIZE THERON focusing on one of the most beautiful and ass-kicking-est women in the world, Charlize Theron and hosted by EW senior writer Sara Vilkomerson. Ms. Theron will be gracing the cover of ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY’s INSIDE COMIC-CON special issue (which will be distributed to attendees throughout the weekend). This is one panel I will not miss! Here are the details;

Meredith Vickers in Prometheus. Aeon Flux. For more than a decade, Oscar winner Charlize Theron has embodied strength, power, searing intelligence and steely determination on screen. Now, as she explodes into summer in her new movie, Atomic Blonde, EW senior writer Sara Vilkomerson sits down for a no-holds-barred conversation with a woman who defies the rules—and creates her own. Saturday, July 22, 2pm – 2:45pm, Hall H
