Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. I tried to tell all you assholes how good Goon was right when it first hit and you slowly came to realize I was right. Okay, you're not assholes, it wasn't your fault that the studio just kinda dumped Goon onto VOD and you've done good in finding it despite all that.
The sequel, Goon: Last of the Enforcers, is finally coming to the US after a theatrical run up in Canada. We'll see it in limited theatrical and VOD here starting September 1st and we've got a US trailer that you can watch below:
The trailer is pretty generic, obviously not wanting to confuse audiences by telling them that this is a sequel to a movie most probably haven't seen, but it does make me smile knowing there's another story with these characters coming. Word out of Canada wasn't so hot, but fuck it. I love the first one so much that nothing could dissuade me from seeing this one.
