Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. I've got a lot of love for the Child's Play movies. The first two were made in that perfect grainy, grimey late '80s/early '90s period and managed to be creepy despite the goofy premise of a serial killer inhabiting the body of a popular child's toy. The third gets a bit cheap and silly, but then they switched gears pretty spectacularly into horror-comedy with Bride of Chucky and Seed of Chucky.
They're still pumping new Chucky movies out, the last one being Curse of Chucky, which was okay, but not my favorite. The new one brings landmark characters from all Chucky eras together. You get Alex Vincent (little Andy from the first two), Jennifer Tilly (Bride) and Fiona Dourif from Curse all in one movie, with Brad Dourif of course returning to provide the voice for Charles Lee Ray.

Cult definitely feels more in line with the low budget DTV feel of Curse, but as long as they keep making these Child's Play movies I'll keep watching 'em. What about you?
