Hey folks, Harry here... It got announced today that Eli Roth is set to direct an adaptation of John Bellairs' THE HOUSE WITH A CLOCK IN ITS WALLS - which was famously illustrated by the great Edward Gorey. Not just that though, it seems he's landed Jack Black to star... which after Jack's turn in GOOSEBUMPS - this feels like a good pairing. There's a bit of fun ressurection and sorcery to the tale - and I know Eli knows his CEMETARY MAN, though this will be a very very different.
The book was adapted for a TV Horror Anthology that Vincent Price hosted called ONCE UPON A MIDNIGHT SCARY - which I've included for ya:
The series of books continued to reach a total of 12, so it could be a franchise if it works with audiencecs!
