Tonight’s “American Gods” prologue looks like it was animated by Laika (maybe it was?). Fans of Emily Browning, who plays Laura, should brace for copious Emily Browning nudity. Crispin Glover, 17 years older and far more verbal than he was in “Charlie’s Angels,” does a spectacular job as Mr. World. Starz says of tonight’s “Lemon Scented You”:
Trying to work things out with his dead and unfaithful wife, Shadow’s emotional reunion is interrupted when he and Mr. Wednesday are kidnapped by the New Gods.
“Oh, an adage!” T.J. Miller, who will not be an component of “Silicon Valley” next season because “Deadpool” made him such a big deal, is hilarious in tonight’s episode. Guest stars this week include a Hailey and a Haley: the dreamy Leisha Hailey (“The L Word”) and Haley Joel Osment (“Entourage: The Movie”).
