"Kidnapping Comedy" - doesn't instantly summon hilarity to mind, but with Linda Cardellini, Craig Robinson, Patrick Warburton, Skeet Ulrich and Matt Jones aboard, it feels a bit funnier - and when you see the trailer that hit today - well, it seems darn funny. Cardellini plays a mid-thirties fame whore of a mother that hatches a plan to kidnap her own daughter and feign ridiculous faux sadness and become... a Tragedy Star for folks to worship and emo-about.
