The firing of FBI chief James Comey floated MSNBC’s “The Rachel Maddow Show” up to a 0.5. MSNBC’s “Last Word With Lawrence O’Donnell” hit a 0.4. Fox News’ Tucker Carlson also hit a 0.4. Fox News' “Hannity” pulled a 0.3. The Comey firing may also have helped Stephen Colbert, who scored an ultra-rare key-demo victory over Jimmy Fallon.
