Hey folks, Harry here... Above is 3 hour plus playthrough of RAMPAGE WORLD TOUR... A game that I plunked rolls of quarters into. Are you suprised? King Kong, Godzilla and a Giant Wolf Man... Game was made for me. In particular eating the little people was the best part - that and knocking buildings down. Hitting and kicking buildings was the best... Until collapsing buildings ceased to be funny, that is.
Today - marks the beginning of principal photography for RAMPAGE, starring Dwayne Johnson, Naomie Harris, Joe Manganiello, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Marley Shelton & Malin Akerman. Personally - I'd prefer a RAMPAGE movie where Dwayne Johnson, Joe Manganiello and Jeffrey Dean Morgan were motion captured as the KONG, GODZILLA, WOLFMAN - and they just tear up cities, throw people into each other's mouths and trash talked the puny people that they stomped, squished and ate. Playing this as a serious movie, is kind of the least amount of fun you can have with it.
The RAMPAGE arcade game was about you and your friends being giant monsters eating people and tearing the world down. The movie should be the same. It won't be. It's being directed by Brad Peyton, who last helmed SAN ANDREAS with Dwayne Johnson, where he played an Emergency Services man, who steals valuable equipment to save only his family and not those he was sworn to protect. Giggle.
This should definitely not be a KILL THE MONSTERS film - look at our society - it's time for the monsters to eat us all! We'll see this movie pretty much a year from now - on April 20th, 2018!
