Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. I've been very curious to see what Colin Trevorrow's The Book of Henry is all about since they announced it. One, it's a vague title that could mean anything, two it's his lower budget stop between Jurassic World and Star Wars Episode IX and three it has a hell of a cast.
He nabbed two of the best young actors around, Jaeden Lieberher (who is all over the trailer world right now with this and IT) and Room's Jacob Tremblay and also got the always dependable Naomi Watts to play their mom.
The first images that came out for the film made me think of a little fantasy-ish Terry Gilliam style thing, but the trailer skews far more into thriller territory than I expected.

I've watched this trailer a couple times now and I think I figured something out about the movie that I really hope I'm wrong about because if I'm right then it's a really big reveal/surprise that I wish I could have had in the theater. I won't say more just in case I happen to be right.
But overall I dig it. A little Rear Window/Disturbia in there, kids in peril, Naomi Watts with a sniper rifle... what's not to like?
