Hey folks, Harry here... Moving the time setting of the kids living in Derry to 1989 and then making this a two film series - with the Adults in the 2010s sometime... Well... Fine by me. The TV Miniseries that starred our beloved Tim Curry iconically playing Pennywise, the funniest and most adorable clown this side of John Wayne Gacy - kinda perfectly captured a nostalgic IT. Wildly hopeful for this film to just capture us beautifully. I want to be terrified during the screening of this thing - and I'm feeling like this has that perfect touch., Andres Muschietti's MAMA was a tremendous film - the motion of MAMA creeped me right the hell out. Yet it was a beautiful horrific tale. But in particular - the fascination of children to the supernatural was ever present in that film - and is so needed for Stephen King's IT!
