Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. Patrick Stewart is a dirty birdy. We know his sense of humor is as low brow as most of ours. Remember he was an early supporter of Beavis & Butt-Head during his Picard days and his cameo in Extras is particularly raunchy.
That's to say that Sir Patrick Stewart, while Shakespearean trained, is cool as hell and I think it's a completely baller move for him to take the role of Poop in the Emoji Movie.
Sony announced his casting along with Maya Rudolph (Smiler), Jennifer Coolidge (as the main character's mom) and Jake T. Austin as a character named Alex.
I may be forever 10 years old when it comes to my appreciation of shit jokes, but that just means I get a lifetime of snickering whenever I scroll through IMDB and see Patrick Stewart - Poop show up, so I think I'm the real winner at this game of life, no?
