Hey folks, Harry here... That first trailer for A CURE FOR WELLNESS was all I needed to start hoping to get the film to play at BNAT18. Gore Verbinski wanted me to take in the work in progress cut, which would then play at BNAT18. I'm not allowed to review it, but... you better believe that the second I got out of the film, I was in immediate conversations to get it to play BNAT. There are secrets to protect regarding A CURE FOR WELLNESS. It delves into ancient European secrets that forge longlasting secrets to aspects of life that many have pursued and failed at.
If you love movies that freak you out, make you squirm, confirm your fears about strange asylums in the mountains and the super rich... Well this movie is most certainly for you.
Now... Ask yourself - do you want a trailer that has many images that the story asks you to earn. You see, this isn't just a suspense film, it is a mystery - and looking at this trailer has a great deal of imagery from the last third of the film. This Gore Verbinski's foray into Kubrick & Polanski realms. Which means you should earn your descent into madness. I do not recommend watching this latest trailer - but at the same time, I provide you with the choice.
