Herc’s Seen Tonight’s WESTWORLD & LAST MAN ON EARTH!! Scott Gimple On TALKING DEAD!! More ASH VS!! Sunday!!

Lee Majors, Ted Raimi, Lucy Lawless, Bruce Campbell and Ash’s Delta sedan sold some monumentally dark and hilarious comedy on last week’s “Ash Vs Evil Dead.” I continue to enjoy the second season better than the wonderful first and give thanks to Starz for ordering a third season of the finest half-hour on television. The channel says of tonight’s “DUI”:

Ash is hunted as he searches for Delta; Ruby and Kelly battle the evil spawn; Pablo suffers from a new Necronomicon condition.

“I think there may be something wrong with this world. Something underneath,” Dolores tell Geoffrey Wright’s character early in tonight’s “Westworld.” Maybe she’s the only character in this series who knows that Wright is secretly playing a robot too.

We learn tonight that outside the park the Ed Harris character is at least a little famous, and that he knows about Ford’s partner Arnold. “This whole world is a story,” The Man In Black tells his robot companion tonight. “I’ve read every page except the last one.” That robot companion hears a lot more intriguing stuff before the hour is up.

Jonathan Nolan scripted tonight’s “Westworld,” which I judge as its best episode since the series premiere. HBO says of tonight’s “Dissonance Theory”:

Dolores joins William and Logan on a bounty hunt in the badlands. The Man in Black, with Lawrence in tow, finds a critical clue in his search to unlock the maze. Dr. Ford and Theresa discuss the future of the park. Maeve is troubled by a recurring vision.

We learn something important about the Kenneth Choi character on tonight’s “Last Man On Earth.” The episode ends with Mary Steenburgen crying “Holy Balls.” Fox says of tonight’s “Five Hoda Kotbs”:

A post-apocalyptic road trip has everyone at war with each other and Gail is really pushed to her breaking point.

Premiering tonight:
Comic Book Men (AMC)
Keeping Up With The Kardashians (E!)
Talking Dead (AMC)
Walking Dead (AMC)
