Live in Chicago? Ambush Bug has a couple of free passes for this weekend’s Box of Horrors at the Music Box Theater up for grabs!

Hey folks, ML Miller aka Ambush Bug here with a contest Chicago horror fans should not miss out on. I’ll be setting up a table at this weekend’s Music Box of Horrors on 3733 N. Southport in Chicago, IL to sell some of my comics and hobnob with horror fans. The festivities start at 11:00am on Saturday, October 15th and runs all night until noon the next day.

This is always a fantastic event full of all sorts of fun sights, sounds, and surprises. This year’s lineup has an eclectic bunch of films ;

An advance screening of ANOTHER EVIL (which I reviewed here)
Director Jim Muro will be there with his gross-out flick STREET TRASH
Director Gary Sherman will be presenting an ultra-rare Director’s Cut of RAW MEAT
A new Restoration of silent horror SEVEN FOOTPRINTS TO SATAN with a live musical score
The truly underrated HALLOWEEN III: SEASON OF THE WITCH (reviewed here) on an archival 16MM print
The newly rediscovered EYES OF FIRE.
The cannibal zombie film DR. BUTCHER M.D. (aka ZOMBIE HOLOCAUST which I reviewed recently here).
The classic 80’s film POPCORN
The cat-phobia classic EYE OF THE CAT
The truly classic ABBOTT & COSTELLO MEET FRANKENSTEIN
The Giallo classic TORSO.
And horror sequel JEEPERS CREEPERS 2 rounds out the lineup
