Hey folks, Harry here... Boyd Holbrook has been announced as playing the infamous White Bishop of the Inner Circle of the HELLFIRE CLUB in LOGAN, the upcoming and alleged final WOLVERINE performance by Hugh Jackman. White Bishop's real name was Donald Pierce... and I'll be very curious to see what they do with the character. I've really dug Boyd Holbrook's work on NARCOS, quite a bit.
All this got kickstarted by James Mangold doing the following INSTAGRAM post from the set of LOGAN.
In the comics, the character was a quadraplegic with artificial limbs, granting him with all the best Steve Austin abilities, plus firing energy from his hands. He also had all manners of Tech savvy abilities - then there's the Apocalypse version that ran the Reavers, which were all sorts of nasty. Personally, I hope Pierce is running Reavers - and that this is another round with Apocalypse - so Xavier has something scary to deal with too. Who knows for certain. All I know is having a supervillain named Donald to take on is probably a very good idea.
