If you happen to be zombie-ing around the New York Comic Con today and are looking for something to whet your horror appetite, might I suggest you come to my panel "Reinventing Horror" at 2:30pm-3:30pm in room 1A21 at the Javitz Center. I'll be talking terror with genre icon Larry Fessenden (HABIT, just about every horror film released this year), Black Mask Studios publisher Matt Pizzolo (YOUNG TERRORISTS), horror artist Brian Level (THE MANTLE, DEADPOOL: MERCS FOR MONEY), editor Hanna Means-Shannon, horror writer John Lees (AND THEN EMILY WAS GONE), and horror writer David Baillie (RED THORN). This is always a lively panel delving deep into what made us love horror, the state of horror today, and what to expect from tomorrow's scares.
