Hey folks, Harry here... After we get to the other side of DEFENDERS, I want a HEROES FOR HIRE series with Danny Rand and Luke Cage. But... as much as I love the glowy fist with veins and stuff... I can't wait for more awesome fiery mystical glow trails. I mean, Sho'Nuff was not enough. The entire time I was watching THE LAST DRAGON - I was thinking IRON FIST. Shit when I saw RETURN OF THE DRAGON and saw Chuck Norris fighting Bruce Lee... and then throughout the 80s, I just wanted Chuck to be Danny Rand. I can't wait to watch this series in a day and then start over with family members and other associates.
The fun part about growing up with this stuff - is we've had a whole lifetime to dream about that day when Superheroes took over the world of media - and I know there's a whole wing of cinema lovers that despise and blame superhero culture for destroying cinema. The NETFLIX series' have just had social commentary on their mind - and playing with topics we all should be talking about.
Can't wait to see what all they tackle with IRON FIST, March of next year can't come soon enough, eh?
