The poster for Park Chan-wook's THE HANDMAIDEN is mighty touchy!

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. It's always a celebration when Park Chan-wook has a movie hitting cinema screens. You've likely seen the trailer for his latest, The Handmaiden, so you know we're in for some good shit.

I've heard nothing but great word of mouth about this film. I would expect nothing less from the director of Oldboy, Sympathy For Mr. Vengeance, Lady Vengeance and Stoker, but it's great that Korean Kubrick seems to still be pumping out the good stuff.

While most of us can't watch the movie itself yet (it's not out in America until October), we do have this poster, which is just about the most awkward family portrait ever. So many hands touching so many things!

I'm torn on this movie not hitting US screens until October. On the one hand, there's a little Veruca Salt in me and I want everything now, but on the other I do like that I have some good stuff to look forward to later in the year. I guess that's me in a nutshell, somewhere between a real deal adult and an anxious (possibly obnoxious) kid.
