Hey folks, Harry here with a bit of weird non-news... Seems that Kane Hodder is allegedly going to be directing a movie... specifically, a horror film... and as of yet, we don't know what it is, when it is coming out or what it is about. Now this could be complete BS, but then again it might actually be true.... and if it is true... can the man behind the mask with the machete direct a film that turns out to be good? Sure, I guess it is possible... I can't really think of a horror film icon directing before, and I can't think of a slasher film icon directing, besides Tom Savini... but he was a behind the scenes man for a long long time before he got behind the camera... and at least he understudied with Romero first. Hmmmm.... Bruce Campbell has directed pretty well on some tv series episodes.... hmmmm.... well let's see what comes of this...

Here's a juicy piece of EXCLUSIVE info that we just got from our insider at New Line...

Horror Star, KANE HODDER, will be making his directorial debut with New Line Cinema early next year. The project has been kept very 'hush, hush'. Word has it that the film will be very shocking and quite a bit of controversy is expected over it's subject matter. New Line has hopes that due to it's originality and ferocity that it will become the next horror sleeper, ala 'Blair Witch Project'.

We expect to have more detailed news regarding this film within the next couple of days. Details are being kept under such wraps that our correspondent has to be very careful. We'll be in touch soon.
