Not everything is in those “Silicon Valley” promos. On tonight’s episode Dinesh and Gilfoyle invent the very, very useful acronym RIGBY, which will hopefully become a real thing, even when people whose names with R are not involved.
As fifth season of “Veep” begins, the electoral college is tied. Selina is still not vice president and her path to retaining The White House now resides with Nevada, the U.S. House of Representatives, or both. (I learned recently that the actress who plays Selina’s daughter is the daughter of Kiefer Sutherland. She was born the year “Young Guns” came out.)
The feud is over between the Brothers Miller, and the end of tonight’s episode sees Gail confronted with a new mystery. There’s another big twist next week. And the week after that. To anticipate the question, Phil’s Two-Face look makes it all the way to the finale. Anybody notice Todd didn’t shave off his right eyebrow?

“Fear The Walking Dead” fell hard in its second week back to another new personal low, but was still Sunday’s top show last week. It should prove little match for the return of “Game of Thrones” tonight.
“Madam Secretary,” already renewed for next season, did not do as well in the key demo as a repeat of “America’s Funniest Home Videos” last Sunday.
