Tonight’s “For The Girl Who Has Everything” is based on Alan Moore’s astonishing, heartbreaking and perfectly badass 1985 Superman story “For The Man Who Has Everything,” already adapted into a “Justice League Unlimited” episode 12 years ago. Sadly it doesn’t look like Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman, Robin or Mongul are going to be in the CBS version. CBS says:
Kara's friends must find a way to save her life when a parasitic alien attaches itself to her and traps her in a dream world where her family is alive and her home planet was never destroyed. Also, Alex, Hank and the DEO must fend off a Kryptonian attack while Kara is out of commission.
Fans of the “X-Files” should know The Lone Gunmen and Cancer Man are not in tonight’s antepenultimate installment of the “X-Files” miniseries, which deals with a lot of homeless people and Scully saying goodbye to her mother.

“Supergirl” matched its all-time personal low last Monday, but 1.5 is nothing to sneeze at. I am convinced CBS will renew it for next season despite the fact that "Supergirl" gets lower ratings than CBS' cancelled "Mike & Molly."
Fox’s “24: Live Another Day” launched (without a preceding NFL game) with a 2.6 and never did better than that. "X-Files" has yet to score less than a 2.7.
