Silly Penguin decided to kill someone named Fish by throwing her into the ocean.
Fox revealed Friday that Jada Pinkett Smith will reprise the role of Fish Mooney on more than one second-season episode of “Gotham.”
Shortly after Penguin threw Fish into the sea in the first season finale, showrunner Bruno Heller suggested that Fish could return – but if she did she wouldn’t return for long.
I gather “Gotham” intends to resurrect lots of “dead” characters during the latter half of the current season. Psychiatrist Hugo Strange and cryogenics pioneer Viktor Fries appear to be involved.
New episodes return to Fox Feb. 29.
