Hey folks, Harry here... A long time ago, back during COMIC CON last year we had a trailer for BATMAN V SUPERMAN that had Parademons flying around:
And now EMPIRE Magazine unleashed this image with a massive OMEGA symbol... the symbol of DARKSEID burned into the landscape:
Jack Kirby slipped this incredible character into the pages of SUPERMAN'S PAL JIMMY OLSEN Comics #134. I loved Jimmy Olsen. Being a redhead growing up, being a kid... and knowing that SUPERMAN's best pal was a redheaded photographer... that was so cool - and I loved the Superman Signal Watch, but introducing Darkseid in the pages of Jimmy Olsen... that was part of what I loved about that book. This issue has a cover with some BIKERS carrying the apparent corpse of Superman away under Olsen's orders and you'd have no idea that such an amazing character.
Right now - folks believe this is all dream stuff... and I don't KNOW if Darkseid is coming, but everytime I've spoke with Legendary Pictures' Thomas Tull, I do a bit of begging for DARKSEID. I want a villain that can kick Superman's ass while yawning. I want to see him bitchslap Superman and make him his bitch! I want that whole grand DC COSMOS that Kirby gave us that just blew my mind as a kid - and we're getting portents of its cinematic possibilities... Doesn't that give you a tingle of happy? It does me.
