The STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS marketing train barrels on, this time in the form of six cover images for Empire's upcoming January issue.
You've got your Han Solo (Harrison Ford) and Chewbacca (Peter Mahyew), Kylo Ren (Adam Driver), Finn (John Boyega), Rey (Daisy Ridley) with adorable-ass BB-8, Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac), and Captain Phasma (Gwendoline Christie). Notably yet expectedly absent are Carrie Fisher's Leia and Mark Hamill's much conteplated Luke.

Note the cool little touch of each character's mode of transportation beneath their name. The lightsabers are cool, it's good to see old faces, but I'm still digging Captain Phasma the most. I'm hoping she's not gonna be a one-off hardass for a single film. Also, has anyone told Chewie he's allowed to upgrade the gear? How has he never gotten that Bowcaster tangled in his fur?
Dumbest potential fan-fic topic aside, the more important questions is, have you reached your personal SW stauration point for new content? If you wanna check out and go media hermit until December 18th, now is definitely the time. This marketing train definitely isn't stopping until THE FORCE AWAKENS hits theaters.
