Well, I wouldn't go too nuts on the bank account this weekend, especially if you're saving up for a group rate. According to ScreenCrush and io9, looks like the day we've been waiting for is arriving Monday. Not only will a new trailer for THE FORCE AWAKENS drop online, but ticket sales will be starting that evening. Word has it that we'll be able to buy tickets 8:30 PM, but that's not a solid time - it may be earlier. But Monday is looking like the target.
A new poster will also be dropping this weekend - I'm assuming a complete rendition of the art we saw at Comic-Con earlier this summer. And to top it all off, ESPN's Monday Night Football may be airing the complete trailer, if, you know, you don't have that Internet thing (and basic cable). Although, I'm sure many of us will have watched it at least a hundred times by then, analyzing every frame. At least, I will.
On a personal note, I've been buying every damn STAR WARS t-shirt I'm able to get my hands on. I think I need help. Well, admitting I have a problem is the first step, and at this stage, I admit nothing. Viva STAR WARS!
