Five Things I Learned From The New HEROES REBORN Behind-The-Scenes Promo!!

I am – Hercules!!

1) The story seems to start a lot like Marvel’s Civil War, with superpowered people coming together and precipitating a lot of ugly collateral damage. “There was a big summit. People with powers came together and something went terribly wrong,” says Jack Coleman, who plays the cheerleader’s dad Noah Bennet in both “Heroes” and its sequel miniseries “Heroes Reborn.” “Thousands of people died and a lot of people have been driven underground.”

2) Noah is now more than 300 miles east of PrimaTech’s old Odessa HQ, selling cars in Austin, Texas.

3) Noah doesn’t answer when a customer asks if he has kids. (Word is he believes his indestructible cheerleader daughter is somehow dead.)

4) Noah discovers he’s missing a chunk of memory.

5) Noah’s missing memory has him stumbling across Rene The Haitian, who of course could wipe away memory.

Coleman is not the only actor back from the old series. Sendhil Ramamurthy, Greg Grunberg, Masi Oka, Jimmy Jean-Louis, Cristine Rose reprise the roles of Mohinder Suresh, Matt Parkman, Hiro Nakamura, Rene The Haitian and Angela Petrelli respectively.

All six returning actors appeared in all four seasons of the 2006-2010 series.

Gatlin Green (“Finding Cody”), Rya Kihlstedt (“Nashville”), Dylan Bruce (“Orphan Black”), Ryan Guzman (“Pretty Little Liars”) and Henry Zebrowski (“A To Z”) have all joined Zachary Levi (“Chuck”) as “Heroes Reborn” players who weren’t in “Heroes.”

Tim Kring, who created the original series, is back for the mini, which hits NBC on Sept. 24.
