Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with a little look at the latest trailer for Glidly Scotch's The Martian.
Just last night I was running through the names of films left in 2015 I was looking forward to and The Martian poppped in and out of my mind as I was thinking through the stuff left in this year. For some reason I keep forgetting that we're getting this one so soon which ends up making for a pleasant surprise every time I realize it has an October release date.
The new trailer is pretty great, illustrating just how boned Matt Damon's character is. I can already tell I'm going to want to double feature this one with Castaway.
This trailer promises a tale of survival, a rescue mission and just enough gallows humor to keep it moving. Right up my alley.
I think "science the shit outta this" is going to be one of the new catch-all pop culture phrases by the time 2015 comes to a close, don't you?
