Hey folks, Harry here... STARWARS7.Com posted the following image of Mark Hamill as elder Luke Skywalker in STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS - and instantly, I wonder... First, what is this image - is it a Costume test? We've got a full capture rig to capture the costume for all sides - a plain white background. Perhaps this is just to capture the costume for Toys or Digital FX.... And it could simply be an early costume test. The color doesn't jive with the shot at the fire where the hand comes down onto R2, which many have assumed was Luke's hand... But who knows... OR - shock, perhaps Luke has multiple looks in the film. That said, the look is a 180 from Luke's all black attire from RETURN OF THE JEDI - and I think he looks absolutely fantastic here.
