A Twitter account allegedly held by the ‘Russo Brothers’ has recently appeared. It’s Tweeting abstract imagery which may well be teasing next Summer’s CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR. The siblings are, of course, helming that May 2016 release - as they did with 2014’s CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER.
Notably, the Russo account has yet to be ‘verified’ by Twitter (verification being those little blue check marks you sometimes see next to people’s names, which indicate that the account holder’s ID as been authenticated by Twitter). This leads some to wonder if this is an imposter account of some sort. Perhaps equally as notably, Tom Holland…who debuts as Marvel’s new Spider-Man in CIVIL WAR …recently started following this Russo account, and he is verified. So there’s that…
