A TV prequel to the Coen Bros.’ 1996 Oscar winning movie, the second season of FX’s “Fargo” stars Patrick Wilson, Kirsten Dunst, Ted Danson, Jesse Plemons, Jean Smart, Brad Garrett, Kieran Culkin, Nick Offerman and Bruce Campbell as Ronald Reagan.
Keith Carradine played the 2014 version of Patrick Wilson’s character in last year’s series version of “Fargo.”
FX has retained Noah Hawley (“The Unusuals,” “My Generation”) as showrunner.
The 2015/1979 version launches in October.
