Here’s a new look at THE TRANSPORTER REFUELED (yes, they really used the word ‘refueled’ in the title). The picture stars GAME OF THRONES’ Ed Skrein, who’ll also appear as ‘Ajax’ in February’s DEADPOOL movie. My lady will flip out if she learns Skrein is in this - I probably shouldn't tell her.
Produced by Luc Besson, this Jason Statham-less franchise entry is due on US screens September 4. It’s directed by Camille Delamarre, an editor on previous Besson-influenced titles like LOCKOUT, COLOMBIANA, and TAKEN 2. He also helmed Besson’s BRICK MANSIONS, an Americanized re-adaptation of DISTRICT 13 (aka B13).
