This Christmas brings us a remake of Kathryn Bigelow’s 1991 action thriller POINT BREAK.
The new picture finds Luke Bracey (Cobra Commander in G.I. JOE: RETALIATION) stepping into the ‘Johnny Utah’ role originated by Keanu Reeves, and Édgar Ramírez (ZERO DARK THIRTY, WRATH OF THE TITANS) taking the part first played by Patrick Swayze (‘Bodhi’).
We haven’t seen a trailer for this one yet, but the film’s poster is now making the rounds - and here it is.
Not breathtaking, but it’s an iconic image - and it’s so much better than the shittily Photoshopped stuff we've been seeing on posters from other movies lately.
The picture is directed and shot by Ericson Core, who fulfilled those same functions on INVINCIBLE. He was also DP on the original FAST & THE FURIOUS movie.
