Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. I haven't counted out Josh Trank's Fantastic Four movie just yet (although my expectations are about as reasonably low as you can get while still hoping for the best), but no matter how that final product ends up turning out I'll always be scratching my head at the marketing for the flick.
We're in full on blitz mode now, which I guess is Fox making up for the fact that they didn't even start releasing trailers until a couple months ago, which might have flown 15 years ago, but comes off as strange in this day and age of the long tease on these geekier projects.
Now our first real, solid look at the Fantastic Four using their powers comes in the form of a Movietickets.com ad. Alright, then. Check it out:
