They gave time-traveler Rip Hunter a British accent, just like Doctor Who! (Arthur Darvill, who plays Hunter, actually appeared on 27 episodes of “Doctor Who” as one of The Doctor’s time-travelling companions.)
They’re fighting DC’s immortal supervillain Vandal Savage.
And this would appear to confirm that Caity Lotz is playing the same character – give or take a resurrection – she played in “Arrow.”
The new series "DC's Legends of Tomorrow" hits The CW at midseason, and rounds up a truckload of classic DC heroes and villains:
Reprising their roles from “The Flash”:
Victor Garber as Martin “Firestorm” Stein;
Wentworth Miller as Leonard “Captain Cold” Snart; and
Dominic Purcell as Mick “Heatwave” Rory.
Reprising their roles from “Arrow”:
Brandon Routh as Ray “The Atom” Palmer; and
Caity Lotz as Sara “White Canary” Lance.
Playing new roles:
