Hey guys! Horrorella here...
THE TRIBE is a film that turned heads during its festival run last year, and is all set to make its theatrical debut in just a few short weeks. Directed by Myroslav Slaboshpytskiy, the Ukrainian film tells the story of a group of students at a boarding school for the deaf. But in order to help the audience more fully connect with this group, the film is told entirely in sign language - without subtitles.
It's going to be a challenging viewing experience, no doubt, and one that I am really looking forward to. In anticipation of the film's opening, Indiewire has debuted the first poster. It's an absolutely gorgeous piece - hauntingly beautiful and layered in its stylistic approach.
THE TRIBE hits theaters on June 17th.
