Tonight’s “Louie” depicts another bad day in the title character’s life. He gets beaten up by a tiny blonde woman, then girlfriend Pam demonstrates again her penchant for terrible timing. Some will like it but it’s not the funniest “Louie” ever.

The 2.8 Death of Dr. McDreamy did not match the 3.1 “Grey’s Anatomy” scored with its season premiere.
